Eldritch Staff

This magic quarterstaff grants a + 1 to atk and
dmg rolls. The staff has 9 charges and regains
1d2 charges daily at dawn. For every 3 levels of
spells you expend at dawn, the staff regains one
charge. If you expend the last charge, roll a d20.
On a l , the staff is destroyed in a harmless
eldritch flash.
Eldritch Attack. When you hit with a melee
attack using the staff, expend up to 3 charges.
For each charge, the target takes an extra ld6
lightning damage.
