When Electabuzz deals combat damage to a pokemon, tap that pokemon. It doesn't untap during its controller's next untap step.
When a lightning storm arrives, gangs of this pokemon compete with each other to scale heights that are likely to be stricken by lightning bolts. Some towns and cities will use Electabuzz in place of lightning rods.
