Election Day

Council's dilemma — Search your library for
two President or two Senator creature cards
and reveal them. Starting with you, each player votes for one of them. Put the card
with the most votes onto the battlefield and
the other onto the bottom of your library. If
the vote is tied, shuffle both cards into your
library, draw a card, and return Election Day
to its owners' hand.
