Election Season

Each player votes for one of two options:

A) All players shuffle their hands into their libraries, then draw cards equal to the player with the largest hand size before the shuffle.

B) All players put all of their permanents into a pile. Each player takes turns drawing one card from the pile to put under their control.

Controller of this card decides tiebreakers.
