Eleion enters the battlefield with four ice
counters on it.
Whenever you cast a spell, remove an ice
counter from Eleion.
{t}, Sacrifice Eleion: Add X mana in any
combination of colors, where X is the number
of lands you control. Activate only if there aren't
any ice counters on Eleion.
