Elemental Form Potion (Water)

This briny liquid with jellyfish shaped bubbles floating in it seems to roll and shift
as if waves on the ocean even when held still.
When you drink this potion as an action, you take on the form of a Water Elemental for
1d4 minutes, as if you had expended a use of Wild Shape. (PHB p64.)
You do not need to have access to Wild
Shape to use this potion.
