Elemental Quiver

Speak a word (BA), the quiver will create arrows:
Fire{p/r}: Attack - fire damage, gives +1 to the attack
Acid{p/g}: Attack - acid damage, the target makes
a dex saving throw, if it fails will lose
2AC for 2 turns (doesn't stack)
Water{p/u}: Attack - cold damage, reduce the speed
to 15 feet
Lightning{p/w}: Attack - lightning damage and will
give half of the damage to a 2nd target (in 15 feet)
If someone not attuned grab one arrow it will disappear
