Elemental Shard - Chaos

Elemental shards can be used to imbue weapons, armor or your body with an elemental property. This shard grants a random effect of either fire, ice or lightning.
{1} Enchant weapon +1d6 random (1-2 fire, 3-4 cold, 5-6 lightning on hit)
{2} Enchant armor: Resistance random (same)
{3} Enchant self: +2d4 unarmed attack or +2d4 to related spells (same)
