Elemental Torque

While wearing this torque, Thyra can cast the Ray of Frost Cantrip.
At the end of a long rest, Thyra can touch the torque to a skyship or building. Until she does this again, whatever she touched cannot be damaged by her evocation spells. Additionally, at the end of every long rest she may choose an elemental damage type. Until her next long rest, she can ignore resistance to that damage type (but not immunity) when she casts spells.
