Elerra's Fate

When this spell is cast, if there are more dragons than humans on the battlefield, then all dragons get +3/+3 and all humans get -1/-1 until end of turn. If there are more humans than dragons, then all humans get +4/+4 and all dragons get -2/-2 until end of turn.
One wrong move could leave Ran'thun's armies decimated.
