Elf Strategist

You may target an elf creature you control. Return that creature to its owners hand. Add mana equal to the creatures mana value to your mana poll (This mana can be of any combination of colour that the returned creature would produce.) At the beginning of your upkeep, of you control a creature called Elf Defender you can exile both Elf Strategist and Elf Defender, than meld them into Elf Commander.
