Eli, The Juggler

At the beginning of your upkeep, put a 1/1 Ball token onto the battlefield. Whenever a creature enters the battlefield, add one Ball counter to Eli, The Juggler.
When Eli, The Juggler has ten counters on it, you may sacrifice Eli, The Juggler to kick any target in the face for ten damage.
