Whenever Elle, Master Pickpocket deals combat damage to
a player, exile the top card of that player's library. You
may play the exiled card as long as it remains exiled, and you may spend mana as if it was any color. If the exiled card is an artifact, you may cast it without paying the
mana cost.
If Elle, Master Pickpocket was kicked, as it enters the battlefield, you may gain control of target artifact.
