Whenever mana empties from a player's mana
pool, add one mana of a random color to your
mana pool. You may only use this mana to cast instant or sorcery spells. As long as you control Elleas, Sorceress of Chaos, it doesn't empty from
your mana pool.
Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell
that has one or more targets, copy it once for
each player. A different player chooses any target
for each copy of the spell.
