Whenever Elmorizio The Terror enters the battlefield or attacks, put a tickle counter on a creature each opponent controls. Elmorizio The Terror gains +1/+1 for every tickle counter on defending players' permanents.

As long as Elmorizio is on the field, creatures with tickle counters on them don't untap at the start of their controller's turn.
