Elos's power and thoughness is equal to your devotion to white and green. (Each {w} and {g} in the mana costs of permanents you control counts toward your devotion to white and green)
{t},Tap X untapped creatures you control: Search your library for an enchantment card with converted mana cost equal or less than X. If that enchantment is not an Aura, it becomes an Aura in addition to its other types. Then enchant Elos with that card.
