If you would get one or more food tokens you
get that many plus one instead.
When Elsara enters the battlefield sacrfice all
food tokens you control. You gain 5 life and
draw a card for each food token sacrificed in
this way.
Whenever a creature an opponent controls dies,
create a food token.
