Attacks made with this weapon have a chance at
distracting the enemy. With each successfull hit,
the bow expends one charge to emit an screech
only audible to the target. The creature must
make a DC 12 Wisdom save, if it fails it loses
its reaction for the turn. If it fails by 5 or more,
it also loses half its movement on its next turn.
