Elvish Peacemaker

Whenever a creature you control deals combat damage to a creature, put a pacifism counter on that creature.
Creatures with pacifism counters on them can't attack or block.
Whenever one or more creatures an opponent controls attacks, that player may remove a pacifism counter from a creature he or she controls.
