At the beggining of each players upkeep, that
player may choose one —
•If no opponent has less cards in hand than that
player, you and that player draw a card.
•If no opponent controls less creatures than that
player, you and that player create a 1/1 white
Spirit creature token with flying.
•If no opponent controls less permanents with
mana abilities than that player, you and that
player create a treasure token.
