Embodiment of Theivery

At the beggining of each players upkeep, that player
may pay 3 life and choose another one of your
opponents. If they do, the first player looks at the
top three cards of the second players library. The
first player then may exile one of them face down,
then put the rest on the bottom of that library in a
random order. The first player may look at and
play that card for as long as it remains exiled, and
they may spend mana as though it were mana of
any color to cast that spell.
