You concentrate pure light into an empty
gemstone, changing it into a Catalyst. The
quality of the Catalyst created is capped by
the rarity and size of the gem. Using this
requires significant concentration and full
use of one of your hands for at least 1 hour.
If nothing distracts you, you achieve an
automatic full success. If you become
distracted you must make a corresponding
roll to maintain the ability, and the quality
of the Catalyst may decrease.
