Emergency Powers Act

When this card is played, call a Vote. Each
player rolls a number of dice determined by the
Orator abilities on each Politician Being they
control.
• Passed - The player rolls two D20 at the
beginning of each turn. If they roll a combined
total of 30 or higher, they win the game.
• Defeated - The player skips their next three
turns and cannot play any Law cards unless their Vitality is lower than 10.
