Eminent Domain

At the beginning of your upkeep, if you control
but don't own a land of each basic land type and
a land named Command Tower, you win
the game.
Sacrifice two lands: Return target land card from
an opponent's graveyard to the battlefield under
your control. Activate this ability only any time
you can cast a sorcery and only once each turn.
