E.M.M.I. can’t attack or block unless there’s at least one Hunter counter on the battlefield.
Whenever you cast a spell from exile or create a Treasure token, put a Hunter counter on target creature. Then proliferate.

Adaptive Programation -Whenever E.M.M.I. destroys a creature with a Hunter counter on it in combat, put an Adaptation counter on it.
