Emotional Damage, “I’m Dumb”

When Emotional Damage enters your hand,
you must cast it immediately.
Emotional Damage deals 1 damage to yourself.
Then, put a time counter on it.
At the beginning of your upkeep, cast it again
unless it has 3 or more time counters on it.
If you control a Positive Thought, you may put it
transformed under your control.
