Everytime you cast an emote, the next spell your opponent plays gets stalled out by 5 seconds.
Whenever an opponent's spells are stalled out draw a card and gain 1 life
If an opponents spells take longer than 10 seconds to resolve (due to any affect/reason) counter that spell.
