EMP Discharge

This Stratagem can be purchased by any Loyalist player. Play during any Movement or Combat
phase. Pick a friendly Titan that has active void shields. Every Titan that has active shields within
3" of that Titan suffers a number of S4 hits equal
to the Void Shield level of the chosen Titan, as if resolving an attack from a Shieldbane weapon.
After resolving these hits, the chosen Titan's
Void Shield level is reduced to X.
