into the graveyard you may pay {2}{u}{w}{r},
if you do Emperor Bonaparte returns to the battlefield untapped, untap all French creatures.
Royal influence now also gives haste to French Soldiers. If Emperor Bonaparte is put in the graveyard again, exile him instead.
