Empowerment enters the battlefield with {x} time counters on it.
When Empowerment enters the battlefield,
choose a creature type.
Creatures of the chosen type gain +X/+X, where
X is equal to the number of time counters on Empowerment.
When there are no time counters left on
Empowerment return it to its owners hand.
