Empty Bowl enter the battlefield with 3 Famines counter on it.
Players can't draw more then 1 card per turn.
At the beginning of your upkeep,
remove a Famine counter from Empty Bowl,
then if there is no Famine counter on it, you
gain 3 lifes and you create 4 Food Token, then
exile Empty Bowl.
