Empty Tome

When a land enters the battlefield under your
control, add 1 level counter to Empty Tome.
Remove 5 level counters to search your library for
a permanent with mana cost 4 or less and place it
onto the battlefield.
{4}{t} Search your library for a basic land and
place it on the battlefield tapped.
