When Emrakul, the Desolated, enters the battlefield, target player sacrifices X permanents.
Whenever Emrakul attacks, you may put a permanent card from a graveyard with converted mana cost X or less onto the battlefield under your control with 3 desolated counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a desolated counter from that permanent. When that permanent has no desolated counters on it, exile it.
