-During this Combat Phase "Energy Blast" and
"Healing" ENCHANT Target Location with 8 spaces.
-While Target Location is Enchanted, once per turn,
players, within a 4 space radius, are affected by those
Spells as if they were Targeted.

-You may only play this SPELL with an Aurora,
Refraction, Solar, Shadow or Profane Condu
