Enchanted Ropes

Whenever Enchanted Ropes deals combat
damage to a creature, tap it.
For as long as Enchanted Ropes is tapped, that creature does not untap during its controller's
untap step.
During your untap step, you may choose not to
untap Enchanted Ropes.
These magical coils of rope wander the halls of the
Tolarian College, apprehending any would-be thieves
of knowledge.
