{u}: Tap target creature with an addiction counter.
{2}{u}{u}{u}: Tap each creature with an addiction counter on it.
{3}{u}{u}: Put X -1/-1 counters on target creature,
where X is twice the number of addiction
counters on it.
Maybe disconnecting the plugs is the clue to connecting
again.
