Encoded shreds

Encoded shreds enters the battlefield with a shred counter on it.
Whenever you cast your second spell each turn
put a shred counter on encoded shreds and
create a clue token.
{u}{2}{t} sacrifice Encoded shreds, scry X and
draw X cards where X is the number of shred
counters on Encoded shreds.
