Encounter with Shahrazad

Choose an opponent. All opponents that are not
that chosen opponent and all permanents they control phase out and they skip their turns untill either you or that opponent loose the game.
You and that opponent shuffle all cards you own
into your library, set your life to 20 and draw 7 cards.
Take an extra turn.
When either you or that opponent looses the game, the other player may take an extra turn and gains 10 life.
