End of a Travesty

During your end step, each player reveals cards from the top of their library until each player reveals a creature card. Any creature revealed this way with power 4 or less is put into their owner's graveyard. Each player then puts the remaining cards on the bottom of their library in any order.
At the beginning of your upkeep, pay 4 life, if
