Demi-Gods, and Herrschers. Set Global Honkai
Level to 5.
As the last of its kind the 14th Herrscher is given
complete control over the Honkai. Killing it may be impossible. A civilization may only be able to force it
back temporarily. The only way to stop it may be to
trap it inside of a celestial body.
