Ending Battle

As Ending Battle enters the battlefield, each player starting with you chooses a legendary creature or planeswalker an opponent controls then searches his or her library for a legendary creature or planeswalker with converted mana cost 2 or less than that, then puts it onto the battlefield.
Legendary creatures get +X/+X where X is the difference in mana cost compared to the legendary creature with the highest mana cost.
