Ending the Rampage

Place {x} Chain tokens on target creatures of your choice where {x} equals the number of creatures and creature tokens on your battlefield. If the number of Chains tokens on a creature is equal to it's toughness, the creature is placed under the control of the caster of Ending the Rampage.
