Play this gang tactic at the start of Deployment
step of the pre-battle sequence, before any
fighters have been deployed. For the duration
of this battle, any fighters in your gang equipped
with a piece of Cyberteknika may treat that piece
as being of the next level up. E.g. fighter
equipped with a piece of Alpha Cyberteknika
counts as being equipped with the Gamma level
equivalent for the duration of this battle.
Fighters equipped with Omega level
Cyberteknika gain no benefit.
