Enhanced Rapier (+1)

A rapier in the style of Fairhurst military swords, custom-made to be suitable dimensions and
weight for a gnome.
This rapier has been silvered by the blacksmith Ptolmir Strongarm, and further augmented by the wizard-tinkerer Temerity. The addition of a cloud crystal to the pommel of the sword allows for the delivery of lightning energy along the blade on a
hit, or arcing to nearby targets
