+1: Scry 1, then draw a card. If that card is a creature,
enchantment or artifact, you may reveal
it and put a +1/+1 counter on target creature you control.
-2: Look at the top three cards of your library.
You may reveal a nonland card from among them
and put it into your hand. Put the rest on the
bottom of your library in any order.
-7: You get an emblem with "Whenever an
opponent casts a spell, you may pay {2}{u}{b}. If
you do, counter that spell and draw a card."
