face down.
{1}{u}, {t}: Reveal a card exiled with Enigmatic
Scepter. If it's an instant card with converted
mana cost 2 or less, you may copy that card. If
you do, you may cast the copy without paying its
mana cost. You may return Enigmatic Scepter
and the revealed card to their owners' hands.
