Whenever a creature becomes blocked by Enmu,
the Lower One that creature doesn't untap
during its controller's next upkeep.
Whenever a creature doesn't untap during its
controller's upkeep, put a -1/-1 counter on that
creature. If that creature would be destroyed this
way its controller discards a card.
