Enoch, Planar Observer

Enoch, Planar Observer has all activated abilities
of all planeswalkers on the battlefield, and can
only activate one per turn.
If one or more loyalty counters would be placed
on Enoch, put that many +1/+1 counters on him instead. If one or more loyalty counters would be
removed from Enoch, put that many -1/-1
counters on him instead.
You can not reduce Enoch's toughness to less
than 0 using a planeswalker's activated ability.
