Enraging the Beast

Enraging the Beast enters Phase 2 when a player
has zero cards in hand and enters Phase 3 when
the fifteenth creature dies after it entered the battlefield.
•Phase 1: {2}{r/g}: Enraging the Beast deals 1
damage to target untapped creature.
•Phase 2: Creatures you control have trample.
•Phase 3: {b}{b}, pay 3 life: Whenever you lose
life this turn, excluding Enraging the Beast,
target player loses that much life.
