Dragon creatures you control gain Prowess.
Whenever you draw one or more cards, you may pay {4} and discard the same number of cards. If you do, create a tapped 4/4 Blue Dragon Construct creature token with Flying and "Sacrifice a Spirit: Regenerate". Put a +1/+1 counter on it for each card discarded in this way.
